This family…oh the feels…from the long curls on sweet R (makes me think of my own sweet long hair boy)…to the baby growing in mama’s belly…to the snuggles and kisses…giggles and chasing…What a beautiful family! Merry Christmas friends! Congrats on baby #2! I do so hope I get the honor of meeting soon!
Getting the M family together in Tennessee was an answer to many prayers! With a military son and unknown itinerary as they awaited to hear if the military would be granting him a pass home for the Thanksgiving holiday. Mom was sending up lots of prayers so they all could get some family pictures together in Knoxville and I know he was so he could get some sleep ;). They were coming in from Texas, Kentucky and Georgia! What a beautiful growing family they are! I know mom is anxiously awaiting a few more wives and a few more grand babies 😉 for her 3 boys…just wait a few more years and those prayers will be answered too! The power of a praying mama moves mountains! It was a pleasure to capture your sweet family!
Little A is growing so fast!! And he is certainly surrounded by so much love. I love multi-generational family sessions! Parents love their babies intensely, but grandparents are proud. They love so differently. I love watching C’s personality come out more and more since I met him at 6 months old. His 3 year old personality makes me giggle. (Checkout: his smile his daddy taught him). Love this family!
My client’s birth story and my photos were featured in our local newspaper (online). A few days they were featured in the USA Today (online)!! It’s such a heart-warming story for this Thanksgiving! Check out the story here !
Today, I went shopping at the grocery store and stopped in my tracks when I saw a photo I took on the front page of the Knoxville News Sentinel!!!!! The story is beautiful. It was an honor to take their photos. So excited!!!
What a treat! I spent the morning with this incredible family on their 15 acres, with their sweet boys (6months & 1.5 year old), their beautiful horse Bugsy and dog, Eleanor who loved the leaves! It was a morning of sweet smiles and giggles! I love watching how each time I am with a family again, I get to see how much their sweet kiddos have grown. These two boys for sure are going to love growing up here. I consider it an honor to be invited into your home.
Merry 1st Christmas sweet N!! He is 4 months old and I remember meeting him when that sweet little guy was 4 days old! How the time is flying by! I love this sweet family! How cute is N’s little lumberjack outfit?!? Of course it was perfect that the Christmas Tree Farm had a rick of firewood stacked up making a perfect backdrop for this sweet little guy! What a wonderful Christmas it will be as a family of three!! Merry Christmas D family!
A sweet family. A Christmas Tree Farm. Smiles. Laughter. I loved watching them interact. I typically am taking families with littles and I was reminded how easy bigger kids make it for me. There were some goofy faces too though. I love big families. I am enamored with what it takes to balance 6 kids!! One amazing mom and dad for sure! Scroll down through these and watch your heart warm. The last one. Swoon. I love capturing love between a husband and wife too. It’s were it all began. Merry Christmas C Family!!
This sweet family came in from Texas and enjoyed the cooler air of our finally changing Tennessee fall weather! This was the surrogate mama of my sweet friends I captured almost a year ago. I got to spend some time with both families and also got to capture all of them together! It was a wonderful morning!! How sweet is MG?! She was such a sweet heart!!
I always enjoy working with this sweet family! I can’t believe sweet A turned 4! She is shy and spunky, ha! I love watching her little (big!) personality come out after a little warming up! Her sweet parents are always so nice! And A also helped me take photos of her parents!! Maybe a little photographer in the making! Happy Birthday A!
These sweet ladies are absolutely beautiful! The mornings have been a little warmer than our normal late October temperatures (we have had record highs in the 80’s)…but the colorful leaves are on point! How lovely is this mama and her girls!
