This brother and sister are absolutely precious!!!
It’s been a growing season!! My family is growing as we are adding a sweet little bundle this July! Our other one turned two and continues to amaze us with smarts, sweet spirit and how big they grow! My Mops (Mothers of Preschoolers) group is growing and we have a fabulous theme for next year, “Be You Bravely!” Our garden is growing with each rainfall. To watch little seeds (both literally & figuratively) grow and flourish is such an incredible blessing!! I have been one busy mama & wife. And thanks to a fabulous camera I am capturing this growth on film!
There is something simply wonderful about the country life. The old barn wood, creaky wood floors, the barn cat having kittens, the chicken coop being built, mud & dirt won’t hurt mentality, spending hours in the garden, eating fresh then canning abundance, & rain on the tin roof. It’s a simple life. Ours. And we love it! Enjoy a taste of the country life… We find little teeth in our vegetables we pick. We play with old pennies. We love on our kittens, Basil & Dill. We explore life & smile non-stop!
We explored the pool, beach, sand, shells, little crabs, tide pool & enjoyed our daily bike rides. If there was ever a place I would want to move to- my heart is in Hilton Head Island, SC. The pure joy of watching giggles discovering waves. Over and over contagious laughter was the joy of my heart. I want more of that. I could drink it up!! I think God views us, his children like that. When we extend grateful hearts, filled with joy of the things He gives us- He finds joy! Much like I did, here. This was a fun trip for this mama!
J’s 11 month session: been taking these sessions each month with the chalkboard sign. She has grown so much since week 1. The older she got the more I had to keep the chalkboard sign away from her curious fingers. I finally let her grab the sign- because it was going to be changed to 1 YEAR next! She started to stand up and take her first steps!!! Growing so fast!!!
