Simple Life

There is something simply wonderful about the country life. The old barn wood, creaky wood floors, the barn cat having kittens, the chicken coop being built, mud & dirt won’t hurt mentality, spending hours in the garden, eating fresh then canning abundance, & rain on the tin roof. It’s a simple life. Ours. And we love it! Enjoy a taste of the country life… We find little teeth in our vegetables we pick. We play with old pennies. We love on our kittens, Basil & Dill. You are my Sunshine

We explored the pool, beach, sand, shells, little crabs, tide pool & enjoyed our daily bike rides. If there was ever a place I would want to move to- my heart is in Hilton Head Island, SC. The pure joy of watching giggles discovering waves. Over and over contagious laughter was the joy of my heart. I want more of that. I could drink it up!! I think God views us, his children like that. When we extend grateful hearts, filled with joy of the things He gives us- He finds joy! Much like I did, here. This was a fun trip for this mama!

 

 

 

 

 

We are expanding…

We have some fun news to share. Our nest is expanding!! We will be adding another baby bird to our sweet family –July 2014!

 

Super Moon: Thunder Moon

This was the last Super Moon of the year. The name of this moon is Thunder Moon. Considering the many thunderstorms we have had the month of July- it is very fitting. This was my experiment with night shooting. My first moon. It turned out amazing for my first time !!
